By purchasing the Yawn Check, you agree to the following:
Scope of Service This is a single-session consultation designed to address one specific sleep concern (e.g. catnapping, early rising, bedtime battles). It is not a comprehensive sleep assessment or ongoing support package.
Client Responsibility You agree to provide accurate information about your child’s sleep history and health. You understand the advice provided is educational in nature and not a substitute for medical guidance.
Payment & Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed via our online calendar and email confirmation.
No plan, notes, or post-session communication will be provided after the call.
Limitations of Support The service ends at the conclusion of the 20–30 minute call. Any further questions or support must be booked as a new consultation.
Confidentiality & Use All content discussed during the session is confidential. Advice provided is for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.
 
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by You More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule once or request a full refund. Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refunds. You may request a one-time reschedule within 7 days.
No-shows: No refund or reschedule will be offered.
 
Cancellations by Little Yawns
In the rare event we need to cancel, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference. Technical Issues If the session cannot go ahead due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no cost. If the issue is on your end (e.g. missed call, time zone error), it will be considered a no-show unless prior notice is given. Exceptional Circumstances We understand things happen. If a medical or family emergency arises, please contact us – rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. By booking this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
