Cancellation Policy
Booking Guidelines:
Intake forms and a full 3–5 day sleep log must be completed at least 72 hours before your scheduled consultation. This package includes 2 support calls and unlimited weekday (Mon–Fri) email or message support for 3 consecutive weeks. You may reschedule your consultation once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in reduced support availability.
 
Support Terms: “Unlimited support” includes email or messaging responses during business hours (Mon–Fri) with a typical response time of 12–24 hours. Bedtime text support and twin/sibling plans are not included unless added at booking. Support beyond the 3-week window is available via extension packages.
