"I have two words to describe my experience with Little Yawns: game changer!!!! Before working with Little Yawns, we were struggling with Rory needing to be held or fed to sleep and then transferred into his cot. This was causing us a lot of anxiety over how each sleep session would go, and how many attempts it would take for him to go down. He would then often wake every 45 minutes to an hour overnight, meaning there was not a lot of sleep happening in our household for anyone, and we had absolutely no time to ourselves. Since working with Emma from Little Yawns, I am able to put Rory down in his cot awake and he will independently fall asleep for both naps and nights. He is sleeping much longer stretches and we have been able to get our evenings back! This has been absolutely life changing for me and my family! "Before working with Little Yawns Macy was the queen of catnapping, 30 minutes on the dot and she was awake. We were also facing daily early rising and the occasional 2 hour party anytime from 2am. Since working with Emma from Little Yawns, we can now confidently put Macy in her cot to happily drift off to sleep for both naps and bedtime. She is connecting her cycles to get some good restorative daytime sleep which wasn't happening unless it was a contact nap. Macy now wakes for a feed overnight and independently drifts back off to sleep afterwards and the best part, no early rising! I can't rave enough about Emma's support - she celebrated the wins with us and provided us with contingencies to get the day back on track when something didn't quite go to plan.
