Hi, I’m Emma — founder of Little Yawns Sleep Co, internationally certified infant and toddler sleep consultant, and mum to three (including our newest arrival on the way!). With a background in primary teaching and over nine years of experience working with children, I’ve always been passionate about helping little ones thrive — and supporting the parents raising them.

When I became a first-time mum to Lucy, I found myself overwhelmed by all the conflicting sleep advice out there. As a Type A personality, I searched for structure and answers—but what I really needed was gentle guidance and reassurance. One calm, supportive call with a sleep consultant completely shifted things for us. That experience planted the seed for Little Yawns.
