Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2025

At Little Yawns Sleep Co, we’re committed to providing compassionate, professional sleep support tailored to your family’s needs. We understand that circumstances can change, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. General Refund Terms

Refunds are offered in line with the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation if there is a major problem with a service. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or if the sleep plan does not meet your expectations due to lack of implementation or follow-through.

Please note:

  • Sleep outcomes may vary depending on consistency, environment, parenting style, and child temperament.

  • Refunds are not provided for services already delivered (e.g., consultations held, written plans sent, or email support commenced).

2. Refund Policy by Service Type

🌙 The Yawn Check 

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled call: Full refund or option to reschedule.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled call or no-show: No refund.

  • Once the session has taken place: No refund. This service is considered fully delivered after the call and summary email.

📝 The Settled Snoozer 

  • Before intake form is submitted: Full refund.

  • After intake form is received, but before plan delivery: 50% refund.

  • After plan is delivered: No refund.

📞 Full Support Packages 

  • Cancellation before intake form submission: Full refund.

  • After intake form is submitted but before consult or plan writing begins: 50% refund.

  • After plan or consult has occurred: No refund.

3. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

  • If you are late to a scheduled consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

4. Package Expiry

All services must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Unused services after this time will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@littleyawns.com.au with your name, service booked, date of payment, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks, downloadable guides), no refunds will be offered for digital purchases unless the product is faulty or fails to match its description under Australian Consumer Law.

By booking a service or purchasing a product from Little Yawns Sleep Co, you agree to this refund policy.
