📝 Terms & Conditions – The First Yawn (Free Intro Call)
Effective as of 01/05/2025
By booking The First Yawn with Little Yawns Sleep Co., you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of the Call This is a complimentary 5–10 minute phone consultation designed to help you decide which Little Yawns support package best suits your child’s sleep needs. No formal sleep advice, plans, or recommendations will be provided during this call.
2. Limit of One Free Call Per Family Each family may access The First Yawn once only. Additional sleep-related questions or repeat consults require a paid booking through one of our standard consultation packages.
3. Punctuality & Missed Calls Calls will be made at the time you selected at booking. Please ensure your phone is available and you’re in a quiet space. If you miss the call, rescheduling is subject to availability, and a second free call is not guaranteed.
4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your intro call up to 6 hours before your booking via the booking confirmation email. No-shows or last-minute changes may forfeit the complimentary call.
5. No Sleep Advice Guarantee This free call is purely informational to assist with selecting a service. For sleep advice or personalised tips, please book a paid consultation.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality Any information shared is confidential and treated with care and professionalism under our privacy policy. Your details will never be shared or sold. You may be contacted after the call with relevant package info.
7. Right to Decline or Refer Little Yawns reserves the right to refer families to other professionals if sleep support is not deemed suitable or within our scope (e.g. medical issues or complex needs).
